Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Unused SMS credits are retained.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with no penalty. We also offer annual billing at a 15% discount — contact us for details.
Do SMS credits roll over?
Yes. Unused SMS credits from your monthly plan quota roll over to the next month. Purchased top-up credits never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, and card payments. Contact our team to set up your billing.
Is support free on the free plan?
